✅ We'll replace your pet tag free of charge if:

• We made an error with your engraving.
• The engraving quality is faulty.
• Your tag arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong product.
• Your order is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

Simply contact our friendly team with your order number and a photo of the tag, and we'll organise a replacement as quickly as possible.

❌ We cannot offer a replacement or refund if:

• Incorrect engraving details were entered during checkout.
• You change your mind after placing your order.
• You selected the wrong colour, shape, size, or design.
• The tag has been worn, used, or modified.
• The tag has been damaged through chewing, misuse, accidental damage, or excessive force.
• Normal cosmetic wear has occurred through everyday use.

As all Pawzee pet tags are engraved shortly after an order is received, we cannot guarantee changes once production has commenced. We'll always do our best to help if you contact us quickly.
