Order Processing

As every order is custom made, please allow:

• 1–3 business days for engraving and order preparation.
• Every order is carefully inspected before being packed and dispatched.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is available to most destinations worldwide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Australia: 3–10 business days
• New Zealand: 5–12 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days

Express Shipping

Need your order sooner?

Express Shipping is available for Australian delivery addresses only and can be selected during checkout.

After your order has been engraved and dispatched, Express Post typically arrives within 1–3 business days to most Australian CBD and metropolitan locations.

Please note:

• Express Shipping is only available within Australia.
• Express Shipping is not available for destinations outside Australia.
• All personalised orders still require 1–3 business days for engraving and preparation before dispatch.
• Delivery times to regional and remote areas within Australia may be longer than the estimated 1–3 business days.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available on selected shipping services.

If your shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Multiple Items

If you've ordered multiple products, we'll do our best to ship everything together. In some cases, items may arrive separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you've made an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.
